In 2019, I was blessed with incredible luck. While navigating the thick snow of Vancouver Island, Canada, I crossed paths with Renée, a captivating woman from New Zealand whose vision of the world is purer than that of most people I had encountered until then, and even now.

She conceived the concept of Magic Mustard during her early years in graphic design, and being extremely enthusiastic about the project, I eagerly joined the venture.

Magic Mustard is « Highly sporadic zine and art project. 100% Independent • 100% Free • 100% Original • Since 2012. »

After months of traveling and working together, our paths diverged, but our connection today is stronger than ever.

Magic Mustard is a small indie zine that celebrates visual storytelling, free thinking, subversion, social commentary, underground culture, planet Earth, mother nature, boredom, loneliness, skateboarding, music, pacifist aggression, humor, satire, parody, and life as we know it through the expression of art, drawing, design, words, poetry, photography, collage, thoughtful vandalism, or whatever else may come.
